Can I keep the stone outside?
Yes, every stone is weatherproof and safe to keep outdoors in any climate. Many customers also keep one indoors and order a second for the garden.
Can you engrave more than one pet on a stone?
We can engrave up to 2 pets on a single stone — for two pets, please choose the L size so the detail stays clear and balanced.
Will you engrave a collar or tag?
We typically don't engrave collars or tags, as they can take away from the detail of your pet's portrait. If you have something special in mind, add a note with your order details and we'll take a look.
Can you engrave any type of animal?
Yes — we hand-engrave dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rabbits, and more. Just let us know who you're memorializing.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 10–14 days of when you place your order.
Can I return my order?
Because each stone is personalized, it isn't eligible for return by law. That said, if you're not happy with it, we'll provide a free replacement.

I love this precious memorial for our sweet dog. The engraving looks just like the photo which makes it so special to me. We are putting it in our garden by his favorite outdoor spot.
It’s very beautiful, however I was expecting a rock like was shown , which appeared to be a light colored rugged looking stone, almost like granite, and this is a very flat piece of stone like a gray slate - I think the picture on the site is a bit misleading. However, it’s still beautiful .

This memorial stone is such a beautiful tribute to my soul dog, and I’m truly happy with how it turned out. 🤍 I originally submitted my order with the wrong dates and didn’t realize my mistake until it arrived. I reached out to the shop, ordered a new one, and they were kind enough to offer me a discount on the replacement, which I really appreciated.
For the second order, I had requested a proof before the stone was etched but unfortunately never received one. I also wasn’t expecting the lettering to be in all caps, so there were a couple of small surprises. That said, the stone itself is absolutely beautiful and means so much to me. It’s a very special memorial for my boy, and I’m grateful to have something to honor him.
