When will I receive my proof?
You'll receive a photo proof by email about 10 minutes after you place your order. If anything doesn't look right, just reply to that email — you have 6 hours to request changes before we begin engraving your custom pet memorial stone.
Can I keep the stone outside?
Yes, every stone is weatherproof and safe to keep outdoors in any climate. Many customers also keep one indoors and order a second for the garden.
Can you engrave more than one pet on a stone?
We can engrave up to 2 pets on a single stone — for two pets, please choose the L size so the detail stays clear and balanced.
Will you engrave a collar or tag?
We typically don't engrave collars or tags, as they can take away from the detail of your pet's portrait. If you have something special in mind, add a note with your order details and we'll take a look.
Can you engrave any type of animal?
Yes — we hand-engrave dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rabbits, and more. Just let us know who you're memorializing.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 10–14 days of when you place your order.
Can I return my order?
Because each stone is personalized, it isn't eligible for return by law. That said, if you're not happy with it, we'll provide a free replacement.
