Shipping

1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship our orders to the USA, UK, Europe, Australia

2. How much does shipping cost?

Since we produce our products from different categories, their weight and volume differ. You can see detailed information on shipping costs in checkout.

3. When will I receive a tracking number?

Production takes approximately 7 days, after which you will receive a tracking number.

4. When will my order arrive?

Estimated Delivery Time incl. Production

  • USA: 10-14 days
  • UK: 10-14 days
  • Europe: 10-14 days
  • Australia: 2-3 weeks

5. What shipping carriers do you use?

  • USA: USPS/Fedex
  • UK: Fedex
  • Europe: DHL
  • Australia: UPS/Fedex

6. My tracking number isn`t working

Please don't worry. Sometimes it takes up to 5 days for your tracking link to update. Please contact us at support@henkitty.com or via Online Chat with your order number and we'll do our best to locate where your parcel is at.

7. What should I do if my package is lost?

If you've entered the correct address and your shipment still didn't get delivered, please contact us at support@henkitty.com or via Online Chat with your order number and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue for you.



Returns

1. Do you accept returns?

Since each order is fully custom and made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns.

If there’s an issue with your product/received the wrong or damaged item, please contact us at support@henkitty.com or via Online Chat with your order number and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue for you.

While we don’t offer refunds for faulty items, we do prioritize fast replacements to make it right.



2. My order arrived damaged, what can I do?

As soon as you notice any damage or defect, contact us at support@henkitty.com or via Online Chat with your order number and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue for you.

We’ll promptly arrange a replacement and ship it to you as quickly as possible.

3. I`m not satisfied, can I get a replacement?

If you're not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@henkitty.com or via Online Chat with your order number and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue for you.

Our team will carefully review your case to determine if a replacement is applicable.

4. Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us at support@henkitty.com or via Online Chat with your order number within 6 hours of placing it.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

1. What type of engraving can you do?

We do photo engraving, pictures, symbols, your handwriting, typed text etc.



2. What type of photo can you engrave?

We engrave people, dogs, cats, any animals. We can also engrave your house, landscape etc. For detailed instructions, see the product page.



3. Can you engrave my handwriting?

Yes, we are very good at engraving your handwriting from your photo/scan. See the product page for detailed instructions.


4. If I want typed text instead of his handwriting, is that possible?

Yes, on the product page you can select typed text and also one of the suggested fonts and see a preview.
