Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable

Please note that all of our products are custom-made and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. Each piece is made specifically for you, and we do not resell customized items.

Change or Cancel Within 6 Hours

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it. After this window, your item may already be in production and changes will no longer be possible.

Damaged Item?
